Making Plans: Starting the New Year with Aspirations and Positive Intentions.

As the year draws to a close, many of us find ourselves reflecting on the months gone by and contemplating the future. The start of a new year provides a fresh opportunity to make positive intentions and plans that can shape our lives positively.
